What This Site Is

Workers' Comp Calculator is a free educational tool that uses publicly published state statutory formulas to produce workers' compensation benefit estimates. Access to this site and its calculator tools is provided at no charge, with no account required, and with no collection of your personal information from calculator use.

We may also update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
